Imports

Invite a whole spreadsheet of candidates to one interview.

Imports → New import invites every valid row of a CSV, TSV or Excel file to one interviewer.

1. Upload

Drop a file up to 10 MB and 5,000 rows. Download the template if you are starting from scratch. It has every column Heizen understands:

2. Map and review

Heizen matches columns by header name ("E-mail", "Full name", "CV" and similar all work). Fix any mapping it got wrong. Either Full name or First name plus Last name is required, along with Email. Tags split on commas, semicolons or pipes.

Choose the interviewer and whether to email the links. The review shows how many rows are ready and which rows will be skipped, with the reason:

`invalid_email`	The email is missing or malformed
`missing_name`	No name
`duplicate_in_file`	The same email appears earlier in the file
`already_invited`	The candidate already has an open invitation to this interviewer
`exists_in_other_mode`	The email belongs to a test-mode candidate
`over_plan_credits`	More rows than credits remaining
`invalid_resume_url`	The resume URL is not an http(s) link
`failed`	The invitation could not be created

3. Import

Heizen invites the rows in the background. The progress bar updates as it goes, and the import appears under Imports with its counts. When rows were skipped, Download errors gives you a CSV of those rows and reasons, ready to fix and upload again.

Your system can also import through the API and listen for the import.completed event.
